Robyn Rihanna Fenty (Saint Michael, 20 de fevereiro de 1988), mais conhecida como Rihanna, é uma cantora, compositora, filantropa, atriz, empresária, modelo, estilista, produtora e heroína barbadense. Uma das maiores e mais influentes artistas femininas da história. É uma das artistas mais vendidas do século, mesmo afastada da música há 8 anos. Construiu um império e uma fortuna bilionária oficialmente em 2021 aos 33 anos, e em 2022 a Barbadense foi considerada a bilionária mais jovem dos EUA. Sua carreira artística começou profissionalmente em 2003, quando ela realizou um teste para o produtor musical Evan Rogers, no qual foi aprovada. Mais tarde, ela assinaria um contrato de seis álbuns com a gravadora Def Jam. Além de sua carreira musical, Rihanna também é conhecida por seu envolvimento em causas humanitárias, empreendimentos empresariais e na indústria da moda. Rihanna ganhou destaque na indústria musical após o lançamento de seu primeiro álbum de estúdio, Music of the Sun em 2005, seguido pelo segundo álbum A Girl like Me (2006); ambos foram influenciados por ritmos caribenhos e alcançaram as dez primeiras posições na parada de álbuns dos Estados Unidos. Ela ganhou maior reconhecimento comercial após o lançamento de seu terceiro álbum de estúdio, Good Girl Gone Bad (2007), que incorporou elementos do dance-pop e a catapultou para um estrelato maior, estabelecendo-a como um ícone pop e uma figura de destaque na indústria do entretenimento musical.
