Modern Talking foi uma dupla alemã, composta pelos músicos Thomas Anders e Dieter Bohlen, tendo tido sucesso, principalmente nos anos 1980. Foi o duo pop mais bem sucedido da Alemanha, e de uma certa maneira, moldou a história musical da década de 1980. Dentre suas canções mais populares, estão "You're My Heart, You're My Soul", "You Can Win If You Want", "Cheri, Cheri Lady", "Brother Louie", "Atlantis Is Calling (S.O.S. for Love)" e "Geronimo's Cadillac". Na maioria de suas canções, eram empregados cantores de fundo, que faziam principalmente os refrões e que contava com Rolf Köhler, Michael Scholz, Detlef Wiedeke e, inicialmente, Birger Corleis. Foi o grupo musical mais próspero na Alemanha por número de vendas. Suas composições eram cantadas em inglês. O grupo existiu de 1984 a 1987, e de 1998 a 2003. Até 2003 o grupo havia vendido mais de 120 milhões de discos, sendo que só na década de 1980, haviam vendido mais de 60 milhões de discos. == História == Foi formado em fins de 1984, quando Dieter Bohlen tinha 30 anos e Thomas Anders tinha 21. Com seus hits dançantes, eles tornaram-se imensamente populares.
